1. GPTLS works closely with you to pre-determine the correct number and types of vehicles necessary to efficiently transport all event participants. You can rest assured that all drivers are properly briefed and that there is always someone available to address "right now" issues.
  2. GPTLS pre-selects vehicle service providers based on fleet quality, number and variety of vehicles, cleanliness and maintenance, accuracy in confirming requested services, response speed of dispatch and accounting departments, company management philosophy, driver attitude, appearance, and on-time performance. 
  3. GPTLS is engaged in your event from pre-planning through to conclusion. This includes, but is not limited to, event transportation requirement discussions and determination of needs and personal, on-site, management for all operational hours of service.
  4. GPTLS provides ongoing updates of costs related to the entire project and number of passengers transported throughout the event..
  5. GPTLS engagement assures you of fast, courteous, and detailed responses to all inquiries and booking requests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & SERVICES

  1. GPTLS is not tied to any one vehicle provider. We are happy to partner with any and all of the reliable vehicle service companies within Las Vegas. We select our partners to meet specific service requirements and budgets.
  2. If you prefer to utilize a full-service DMC and still involve GPTLS, you will find us happy to work alongside that DMC with the goal being a perfect event for you.
  3. GPTLS has expertise in the preparation, review, and analysis of RFP's for provision of transportation service. This includes insurance coverage requirements and billing reconciliation.
